Each city usually has one, as indicated by a red square with a wrench symbol. If you don't wish to drive to one, you can, alternatively, press F7 and then Enter to be towed straight to the nearest service center. Such lights provide much bigger field of view. Emergency light ([F4] + [4] by default) is a blinking orange lamp located at the top of the truck (if you buy it) and the trailer (if it is assembled there). If you buy additional front and roof lights you can turn them on. The truck not only looks better but you see the road better as well It is most likely aone of your truck mods causing the issue.
